What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-year Finance transformation programs and convert strategic objectives into roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
• Design and implement Finance Target Operating Models and Service Delivery Models using standardization, simplification, and automation-first principles.
• Own PMO execution, including project plans, RAID logs, resource planning, governance, documentation, dashboards, and executive steering materials.
• Coordinate Finance, IT, HR, Operations, consultants, system integrators, and other cross-functional partners while managing risks and dependencies.
• Lead organizational change activities, including stakeholder impact analysis, readiness assessments, communications, training, workshops, and reinforcement plans.
• Manage and develop project team members and provide leadership across matrixed global teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading Finance transformation programs, PMO initiatives, or enterprise transformation portfolios.
• Experience with Finance Target Operating Models, Service Delivery Models, current-state assessments, work activity analysis, process redesign, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes, accounting principles, internal controls, continuous improvement, and Global Process Ownership.
• Experience with ERP implementations, automation, AI/ML, analytics, workflow platforms, enterprise applications, and IT governance.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• PMP, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, or comparable certification.
• Management consulting experience with a Big Four firm or equivalent.
