Director, Finance Transformation & Programs

Location: San Jose, California, United States

Salary: $166.9K–$241.6K USD annually for the Bay Area, with additional incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead strategic finance initiatives, including ERP implementations, financial systems modernization, automation, and process transformation.
• Establish program governance, project plans, milestones, risk management, executive reporting, and success metrics.
• Partner with Finance and IT to optimize ERP, planning, reporting, data management, and financial workflows.
• Coordinate complex enterprise initiatives across Finance, IT, HR, and business functions while driving stakeholder alignment and adoption.
• Support IPO readiness, acquisition integration, internal controls, reporting processes, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor project performance, resources, risks, dependencies, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Program Management, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading finance transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, or large-scale business process improvement programs.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, internal controls, and compliance.
• Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or other high-growth global organizations.
• Exposure to IPO readiness, public company environments, or M&A integrations.
• MBA, CPA, PMP, or related professional certification.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar ERP platforms.
