Remote Client Operations Senior Manager (Healthcare)

Location: United States; primarily remote with travel to assigned client sites and team meetings as needed

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually

What you will do

• Own day-to-day operational performance, stability, quality, and monthly revenue goals for assigned client accounts.
• Analyze productivity, quality, operational, and financial reporting to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Directors and Client Managers to develop and implement corrective action plans.
• Prepare and present weekly dashboards, month-end performance reports, and ad-hoc analyses using Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Lead Client Manager and Supervisor meetings while coaching supervisors, managers, and team members.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, staffing coverage, implementation, audits, and travel to client sites when accounts are at risk or issues cannot be resolved remotely.

Requirements

• Live within a geographic area nearby or central to existing client business in the United States.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proven success as a people manager with strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with medical records or healthcare and knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards required.
• Experience with Excel and analytical databases for reporting to clients and executive leadership.
• Willingness to travel to assigned accounts and team meetings; a valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.

• Familiarity with medical terminology.
