Federal Law Enforcement Mission Support Consultant (business transformation/data analysis): Supporting DHS and federal law enforcement programs through business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, training, communications, and technology modernization with an accent on translating mission needs into actionable requirements and improving operational workflows. Focus on analyzing complex government processes, leading technology adoption, developing decision-support visualizations, and delivering clear client materials under tight deadlines.

Location: Hybrid role with both remote and onsite work in the United States; onsite attendance at client or MetaPhase locations may be required. U.S. citizenship is required with no exceptions. Candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust.

What you will do

• Work with government stakeholders, technical teams, and contractor partners to deliver and adopt technology and business solutions.
• Learn client missions, organizational structures, business processes, and IT systems across federal law enforcement programs.
• Research, analyze, and document business and user needs, translating them into requirements, recommendations, and actionable work products.
• Analyze workflows and operations to identify challenges and implement process improvements through engagement, communications, training, and change management.
• Analyze program and user data and create reports, dashboards, visualizations, presentations, and other decision-support products.
• Produce client deliverables such as briefings, process documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures, and reports.

Requirements

• 2–8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, IT, program operations, data analysis, training, communications, organizational change, or mission support.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, information systems, communications, education, data analytics, or a related field.
• Experience supporting DHS, federal law enforcement, DOD, or another federal government environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional client deliverables and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar organizations, systems, processes, and subject matter quickly while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust is required.

Nice to have

• Current or recent DHS suitability or security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance.
• Current or prior ICE suitability and experience.
• Familiarity with ICE mission systems, enterprise applications, and operational technology environments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, PowerApps, or similar platforms.
