Certinia PSA Solution Architect (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Certinia PSA implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Manage engagements from discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-go-live support.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions covering resource management, project delivery, time and expense, billing, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
• Translate business requirements into process flows, data models, configuration decisions, integration approaches, reporting requirements, and project documentation.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations between Certinia PSA, Salesforce, ERP, finance, billing, data warehouse, and reporting platforms.
• Own delivery governance, budgets, profitability, schedules, risks, quality, client relationships, team mentoring, testing, training materials, and pre-sales support.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering Certinia PSA, Salesforce Professional Services, or related enterprise service operations solutions.
• Strong knowledge of professional services processes, including resource planning, project management, utilization, forecasting, backlog, billing, revenue recognition, and project profitability.
• Experience in a client-facing solution architecture, delivery management, lead consulting, or senior consulting role.
• Hands-on Salesforce knowledge covering configuration, automation, security, data models, reporting, dashboards, and platform governance.
• Ability to gather complex requirements, facilitate executive and operational discussions, and create practical, scalable solutions.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or phased delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, testing, deployment, and adoption planning.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
• Certinia PSA certifications such as PSA System Administrator or PSA Implementation Consultant.
• Experience integrating Certinia PSA with ERP, billing, CPQ, finance, data warehouse, or enterprise reporting systems.
• Exposure to Services CPQ, PSA Analytics, Customer Success, Accounting, or Revenue Management.
• Experience with change management, user enablement, training, operating models, governance, reporting, and platform roadmaps.
