Salesforce Solution Architect (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Lead high-level solution design across the Salesforce platform.
• Design scalable and robust architectures aligned with business objectives and platform best practices.
• Develop and maintain high-level solution design documentation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Establish technical standards, integration practices, governance, and platform optimization approaches.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant Salesforce experience, including strong solution architecture expertise.
• Comprehensive expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, CLM, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
• Deep experience with planning and scheduling processes.
• Experience defining architecture principles and scalable technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• English sufficient for leading technical and architectural discussions with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and large-scale data and integration architecture.
• Experience defining governance frameworks and architecture review processes.
• Exposure to additional Salesforce clouds or AppExchange and CPQ-CLM ecosystem products.
