Pharmacy Technician

Location: Chesterfield, Missouri, USA; onsite, day shift

What you will do

• Pick and pack patient prescriptions, wholesale orders, and supply orders.
• Prepare and ship medications and supplies while ensuring timely delivery.
• Inspect inventory for integrity, purity, and appropriate expiration dating.
• Organize, rotate, and restock medications and ancillary supplies by expiration date and lot number.
• Create shipping labels, include required manufacturer program materials, and update shipment statuses.
• Participate in inventory counts and support compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Missouri pharmacy technician registration in good standing, or eligibility to obtain it.
• Basic math calculation skills.
• Punctuality, reliability, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to adapt and develop new skills as needed.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods, frequently reach and grasp, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• One year of pharmacy technician experience.
