Allen RX Tech- Pharmacy Tech- Full Time

Location: Allen, Texas, United States; onsite retail pharmacy role

Salary: USD $20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Process written and third-party prescriptions, verify patient information, and manage adjudication reviews.
• Assemble prescriptions, hand-count controlled medications, measure liquids, reconstitute antibiotics, and complete the seven-point verification check.
• Resolve third-party issues, manage pharmacy exception stations, and support prescription delivery procedures.
• Coordinate screening, flu shot, immunization, and other professional service events.
• Order and manage inventory, review deliveries and invoices, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Maintain automated prescription equipment, process RxIMS reports, and support pharmacy compliance and organization.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Three or more years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• Active State of Texas registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; minimum age of 18.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy management tasks, RxEVO, RxIMS, Microsoft Office, Windows, and related systems.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, stand for extended periods, lift 30 pounds or more, and work in a fast-paced environment.
