What you will do

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support the pharmacy manager in daily workflow operations.
• Oversee data entry accuracy for prescriptions received from providers and pharmacies.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of patient information and compliance with state and federal laws.
• Field and manage calls from major pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies nationwide.
• Process and transfer patient prescriptions, owning the success of the transfer end-to-end.
• Collaborate with management teams in St. Louis and New York to maintain operational standards.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy License in good standing required.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

Nice to have

• Active pharmacy licenses in states including AL, AR, CA, GA, IA, ID, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, NE, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
