Sr Technician, M&E (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform manufacturing batch-processing tasks for the production, packaging, and handling of chemical materials used in the semiconductor industry.
• Produce chemical batches by adding raw materials to vessels and following written operating procedures.
• Operate and inspect process equipment while monitoring process conditions and DCS control systems.
• Handle hazardous raw materials and products using required safety precautions.
• Complete labeling, box forming and filling, and movement of materials and equipment.
• Participate in safety programs, training, and activities while following operating-discipline practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work Monday through Thursday for 44 hours per week, including three 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work in a restricted electrically classified area and wear required PPE, including hard hat, goggles, gloves, respirator, and cleanroom garments.

Nice to have

• Experience with reactive chemistry manufacturing.

Culture & Benefits

• Full-time schedule from Monday through Thursday: Monday through Wednesday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
• Overtime opportunities may be available based on business demand.
• Work includes standing and walking for most of the shift, occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds, and regular bending, pushing, and pulling.
