Engineering - Process Tech (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Duncan, United States; onsite manufacturing environment with required night-shift availability and up to 5% travel.

What you will do

• Support Production Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams in identifying and isolating manufacturing issues involving processes, materials, tooling, and equipment.
• Improve cycle times, process stability, and the efficiency of automated manufacturing equipment.
• Assist with program launches, production start-ups, equipment installations, tooling changes, and process validation.
• Support automation improvements, PLC-related projects, equipment enhancements, and other process improvement initiatives.
• Collect SPC and process performance data, coordinate production trials, and document validated process changes.
• Perform equipment troubleshooting, approved machine adjustments, inspections, preventive maintenance, and safe material and tooling transport.

Requirements

• Must be able to work night shift.
• Ability to support production, quality, maintenance, and engineering activities in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot assembly and automated manufacturing equipment under engineering or maintenance guidance.
• Ability to safely operate Powered Industrial Trucks and handle production tools, fixtures, jigs, and related equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% for training and plant operation needs.
