Solutions Consultant, EMEA (SaaS)

Location: Remote-first, with the role listed in London, United Kingdom; approximately 25% travel for conferences, customer onsites, and company events. hirify.global cannot currently hire in Montana, Hawaii, Alaska, or Washington DC.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Directors to understand customer goals across research, design, and business contexts.
• Lead discovery conversations, identify pain points, and translate complex research workflows into high-impact use cases.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations and drive alignment across customer buying committees.
• Plan and execute customer evaluations, including research design, recruiting, fielding, and analysis support.
• Create onboarding and adoption roadmaps, and collaborate with Marketing on presales collateral, case studies, and thought leadership.
• Provide customer insights to Product, Research, and Customer Success teams, while contributing to conferences and company events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role such as Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Research Consulting.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing qualitative research using established research methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex research workflows and create clear, persuasive product stories for senior stakeholders.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, structuring complex problems, and developing strategic recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, behavioral sciences, HCI, design research, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise-level sales cycles.
• Familiarity with UX research, insights, or usability testing platforms such as hirify.global, UserTesting, or Maze.
• Exposure to Figma, Miro, product management, or prototyping tools.
• Leadership experience through mentoring, onboarding, or team lead responsibilities.
