Solution Consultant (AI SaaS)

Location: Chicago, United States; the role starts remotely and is intended to become an in-office position when the Chicago location is established.

Salary: Estimated annual on-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000, plus equity.

What you will do

• Build relationships with existing and prospective enterprise customers.
• Support pre-sales activities, account executive collaboration, and product demonstrations.
• Advise customers during platform onboarding and implementation.
• Plan, build, optimize, and scale customer-serving processes, assets, and systems using Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Create best-practice guides and product documentation for customers.
• Identify account champions, track adoption and customer health metrics, and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a direct customer-facing role such as customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting.
• Experience with B2B SaaS in a fast-paced environment.
• BA or BS degree.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders.
• Availability for some customer travel.
