Solution Expert (SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 10 enterprise clients and up to 30 active projects simultaneously.
• Answer client questions and support Customer Success partners with functional and technical expertise.
• Implement integrations, including SSO and third-party tools, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Pitch the value of the platform and deliver professional services, platform audits, and catalogue services.
• Develop repeatable processes that improve project quality and delivery.
• Contribute best practices to the knowledge base and collaborate with the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3 years of professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Experience deploying SaaS products, ideally HR-related platforms.
• Project management skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple customer implementations.
• Good understanding of APIs, SSO configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both highly technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solution-oriented, organized, structured, rational, and analytical approach.
