Mortgage Advisor (AI/Fintech)

What you will do

• Deliver personalized, consultative mortgage experiences based on borrowers’ financial goals.
• Educate clients on financing options and recommend suitable loan products, including conventional, FHA, VA, HELOC, and specialized solutions.
• Use the AI-enabled loan origination system, automation, and data-driven tools to manage opportunities and accelerate lending.
• Engage company-provided opportunities while developing personal, professional, and referral networks.
• Manage borrower pipelines from initial consultation through closing and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with borrowers, real estate partners, processing, underwriting, closing, and internal operations teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Active NMLS registration and applicable state licenses, or the ability to obtain required licensing.
• Experience in mortgage lending, financial services, sales, or relationship management is preferred.
• Strong consultative sales, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial information clearly and manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with AI, automation, digital platforms, and new technology.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, collaboration, and commitment to lending regulations.
