Americas - Frontier Industry Advisor - Banking (AI)

Location: New York, United States; 2 days per week in-office

Salary: USD $145,600–$205,600 per year for the New York City metropolitan area. The general U.S. range is USD $107,600–$187,500 per year.

What you will do

• Serve as a banking industry subject matter expert for digital and AI transformation, account planning, and strategic customer engagements.
• Originate and develop business opportunities by connecting banking outcomes with cloud, data, AI, security, and partner capabilities.
• Lead industry-led conversations and multi-horizon roadmaps across lending, payments, deposits, treasury, fraud, compliance, customer experience, and core banking modernization.
• Build relationships with senior and executive-level banking decision makers, account teams, systems integrators, software vendors, and solution partners.
• Help customers move from AI pilots to governed, secure, scalable enterprise transformation through workflow, data, operating-model, and governance changes.
• Develop banking thought leadership, market insight, business-value cases, and strategic transformation pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 7+ years of relevant customer-facing experience; or a master's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in consultative sales, advisory, strategy, business development, transformation, or technology leadership within banking, financial services, fintech, payments, consulting, systems integration, or related fields.
• Experience working with banking business leaders on digital transformation across areas such as lending, payments, risk, compliance, fraud, digital banking, and core banking.
• Ability to engage senior decision makers, shape business-value propositions, and translate banking priorities into technology-enabled transformation opportunities.
• Working knowledge of cloud, data, AI, Frontier AI, automation, security, and modern application capabilities in regulated banking environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate across account teams, solution teams, engineering, consulting organizations, partners, and senior customer stakeholders.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of people management and/or leadership experience.
• Experience with retail, commercial, corporate, or investment banking, payments, lending, treasury, financial crime, regulatory reporting, or banking operations.
