What you will do

• Deliver and execute the corporate strategy for the global Asset Management business.
• Align strategy with organisational priorities, financial parameters, and long-term ambitions.
• Translate strategic goals into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and transparent reporting.
• Partner with senior leaders and experts across investment capabilities, markets, channels, and functions.
• Develop corporate development priorities and assess organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
• Lead, develop, and empower a diverse global strategy team while fostering inclusion and collaboration.

Requirements

• Significant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, M&A, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in asset management or a relevant financial services environment is preferred.
• Strong strategic and commercial judgement, financial and corporate finance capabilities, and disciplined prioritisation.
• Experience influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across functions, geographies, and areas of expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
• Experience leading, supporting, and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations.
