Senior Workplace Strategy Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Shape and deliver workplace, portfolio and location strategies aligned with business priorities and future ways of working.
• Influence executive decisions on office locations, workplace experience and long-term estate planning.
• Use data, workplace analytics and emerging trends to improve utilisation, performance and operational efficiency.
• Translate complex challenges into evidence-based recommendations, business cases and strategic plans.
• Lead workplace transformation and location strategy programmes across a diverse corporate portfolio.
• Partner with Property, People, Technology, Operations, Finance and wider business stakeholders while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Significant experience in workplace strategy, organisational property strategy, management consulting, business strategy or transformation.
• Experience developing and implementing strategy within large, complex organisations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience producing executive-level recommendations and business cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Bristol-based role.

Nice to have

• Experience with large multi-site or multinational property portfolios and planning across multiple regions, countries or business units.
• Experience in banking, financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with occupancy analysis, estate optimisation, corporate real estate, facilities or workplace experience programmes.
• Knowledge of workplace technologies, IoT platforms, digital twins, smart buildings or AI-enabled workplace solutions.
