What you will do
- Build and lead a high-impact Airports advisory team and develop a globally deployable Business Consulting model.
- Lead advisory engagements on future airport vision, technology strategy, IT maturity, and digital roadmaps.
- Champion passenger experience and flow through modeling, simulation, and capacity optimization.
- Equip regional teams with strategic content, consulting narratives, and advocacy tools to drive portfolio growth.
- Integrate advisory services into airport planning and investment discussions, linking operational concepts to business cases.
Requirements
- Approximately 10 years of experience in airport advisory, planning, strategy, or related business consulting.
- Proven track record of building and scaling consulting practices, including frameworks and reusable assets.
- Ability to engage credibly at CxO level and influence strategic customer discussions.
- Deep understanding of airport operations, aviation technology, and airport economics.
- MBA or professional consultancy accreditations (e.g., Institute of Business Consulting).
