Solution Consultant - Asset Management & Investment Workflows (PropTech)

Location: Zürich, Switzerland (hybrid); regular travel for clients, events, and team collaboration. Swiss or EU citizenship / work authorization required.

What you will do

• Lead onboarding and training for asset managers, fund managers, transaction managers, and other investment-side users.
• Translate the platform into role-specific workflows covering asset strategy, business planning, Capex prioritization, portfolio steering, transaction support, and investment committee preparation.
• Guide customers in applying software outputs to real financial and investment decisions, including assumptions, inputs, and interpretation.
• Partner with Delivery, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to support implementation, adoption, and early value realization.
• Capture recurring user questions, workflow friction, interpretation issues, and feature requests for Product and Delivery.
• Contribute to onboarding playbooks, training materials, and customer-facing guidance.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in institutional real estate, real estate finance, asset management, fund management, transactions, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience supporting financial and investment use cases such as business plans, Capex planning, acquisitions, portfolio analysis, or strategy setting.
• Strong client-facing communication, analytical, presentation, organizational, and proactive working skills.
• Ability to independently onboard, train, and support users in a software environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Swiss or EU citizenship / work authorization required due to current company constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience with institutional asset managers, fund managers, transaction teams, real estate private equity, or investment and portfolio teams.
• Experience in PropTech, SaaS, customer success, delivery, implementation, or solution consulting.
• Exposure to sustainability, decarbonization, Capex decision-making, committee-ready materials, or investment recommendations.
• Familiarity with data-heavy workflows.
