Customer Experience Advisor

Location: Cardiff, United Kingdom; hybrid. Shifts run between 8:30am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £24,720 per annum

What you will do

• Answer inbound customer calls about workplace pensions.
• Explain workplace pension products and options clearly and accurately.
• Listen to customer queries, provide helpful information, and resolve complaints in line with procedures.
• Record customer information accurately and follow internal processes.
• Learn systems, products, and processes to support customers confidently.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share feedback to improve the customer journey.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, a contact centre, or another customer-facing role.
• Confidence handling high-volume customer queries in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise customer queries.
• Confidence learning new systems and processes.
• A team-focused approach and interest in delivering fair, helpful customer outcomes.
