What you will do
- Support clients and customers throughout the employment screening journey.
- Complete multiple components of the background checking process.
- Process criminal record, DVLA, and international checks.
- Apply problem-solving skills and attention to detail to make accurate decisions.
- Collaborate with the team and report to the team leader.
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience or experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience dealing with customers face to face or by inbound or outbound telephone.
- Ability to work as part of a team while staying organised and self-motivated.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy across screening processes.
