Senior Reporting Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Mumbai, India; hybrid, 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Project-manage global audits, reporting, and compliance timelines across multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly regulatory reporting, license filings, and board presentations with fluctuation analysis.
• Support monthly close activities and review financial information for various entities.
• Research technical accounting standards and provide recommendations.
• Support new financial system implementation and process improvements using AI.
• Contribute to transfer pricing, intercompany analysis, investor deliverables, and finance projects.

Requirements

• Background in accounting, CPA, or public accounting.
• Experience combining public accounting and in-house work at a technology company is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems; NetSuite is preferred.
• Effective project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet reporting deadlines.
• Availability to work in the Mumbai office 3 days per week.
