What you will do
- Manage the accuracy of books and records to ensure compliance with complex global and local reporting obligations.
- Prepare and oversee 10+ regulatory reports by interacting with middle office teams, sales, and external regulators.
- Evaluate and escalate risk items to safeguard the firm's financial integrity.
- Enhance and automate manual processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve scalability.
- Partner with Technology teams to review and implement strategic process improvements.
- Analyze complex transactions and market changes to support new business initiatives.
Requirements
- Academic degree in business administration or finance.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a regulatory, control, or compliance environment within financial services.
- Proven experience with Substantial Shareholder Reporting and a deep understanding of compliance rules.
- Must be based in Singapore.
Nice to have
- Exposure to financial products including equities, fixed income, and OTC derivatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with BI tools such as Alteryx, SQL, or Tableau for data analytics and automation.
