Financial Accountant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly Group consolidations in accordance with US GAAP.
• Maintain the books of US entities and produce balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and income statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close, manage intercompany accounts, and maintain quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting across functions and business units, analyze historical capital and operating expenditures, and provide budget-versus-actual commentary.
• Develop accounting policies, strengthen internal controls, research technical accounting issues, and support compliance with regulations and legislation.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting, tax filings, audit recommendation implementation, financial modelling, and presentations for senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in an accounts or finance function, or qualification as a fresher Chartered Accountant.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Advanced MS Excel formulas.
• Strong analytical and report preparation and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.
