Associate Spine Specialist (Charlottesville, VA) (MedTech)

What you will do

• Support the Spine Territory Manager with territory coverage, field calls, account issues, and inventory management.
• Promote, sell, and service hirify.global spine products and services through strategic customer calls.
• Attend surgeries, operating-room visits, speaker programs, and formal training to build product knowledge.
• Work toward assigned sales goals and grow the customer base and product market share.
• Provide feedback on product development opportunities, target accounts, sales performance, and market conditions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality procedures, applicable laws, and industry codes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of successful spine sales experience preferred; healthcare-related or business-to-business sales experience may be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.
• Ability to listen, communicate, influence, and deliver sales presentations with positive results.
• Ability to travel as necessary, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
