What you will do

  • Support existing customers, product conversions, territory sales goals, and market-share objectives.
  • Guide surgeons in the operating room by presenting, demonstrating, and supporting the proper use of trauma products.
  • Attend surgeries, ensure equipment availability and performance, optimize instrument trays, and advise operating-room and sterile-processing teams.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, respond to customer requests, manage hospital billing, and create or close purchase orders.
  • Maintain, track, and deploy equipment and assets while ensuring product availability and quality standards.
  • Share customer and market insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic-account teams and prepare required reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; or an associate degree or medical certification such as CST or PT plus at least two years of professional or related experience; or at least four years of professional or related experience; or recent transition from active military duty.
  • Ability to work in a laboratory and operating-room environment.
  • Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
  • Ability to travel, including possible weekend and overnight travel.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and business-acumen skills.
  • Efficient, organized, self-motivated, positive, and proactive approach.

Nice to have

  • Technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions.
