Clinical Sales Specialist, Spine (MedTech)

Location: Tacoma, Washington, United States; residence in or willingness to relocate to the assigned territory required.

Compensation: 100% commission/incentive compensation with eligibility for a bi-weekly draw; no exact base pay amount stated.

What you will do

• Independently guide and assist surgeons during orthopedic surgical cases in the operating room.
• Represent the company during surgeries, provide customer support, and ensure required equipment is available and functioning.
• Troubleshoot physician and customer needs and manage hospital billing, purchase orders, and related documentation.
• Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams.
• Consult with operating rooms and sterile processing departments while maintaining and tracking equipment and assets.
• Move instruments, implants, and equipment between sales representatives and hospitals and support product availability across the territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree/medical certification such as CST or PT plus at least 2 years of relevant experience, or at least 4 years of relevant experience; recently transitioned military personnel may also qualify.
• Ability to work in a laboratory and operating-room environment.
• Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
• Ability to travel, including possible weekend and overnight travel, and to reside in or relocate to the assigned Tacoma territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem-solving, business-acumen, and customer-focus skills.
• Ability to work independently in a complex, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail.
