Salary: $28.00–$43.00 per hour, plus potential performance-based bonuses and regional pay zone compensation.

What you will do

• Drive Vision Center sales through merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, inventory availability, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of customer and community needs.
• Lead customer service standards and resolve customer complaints and issues within company guidelines.
• Ensure quality eyewear services, including product consultation, measurements, prescription verification, confidential record handling, minor frame repairs, and optical equipment maintenance.
• Supervise, hire, train, mentor, assign, recognize, and develop Vision Center Associates.
• Maintain compliance with company and legal requirements, asset protection, safety, quality assurance, and confidentiality standards.
• Build stakeholder relationships, support community outreach, implement business initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Completion of two or more years of college, or one year of retail experience plus one year of supervisory experience, or two years of general work experience including one year of optical experience.
• Ability to supervise and develop Associates in a retail optical environment.
• Ability to provide eyewear consultations, take measurements, verify prescriptions, and maintain confidential information.
• Ability to apply company policies, legal requirements, safety controls, and quality assurance procedures.
