General Manager - Optical

What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning, and policy compliance.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop associates while building strong team relationships.
• Monitor store performance and drive high-quality customer and patient experiences.
• Partner with the Doctor to support excellent patient care.
• Manage budgets, supplies, merchandising, marketing, promotions, and financial performance.
• Recruit and retain talent, create schedules, conduct audits, and maintain accurate reports and records.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of store operations, business performance, customer service, and sales.
• Optical license required in applicable states.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
