Salary: USD 62,400–81,449.98 per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning, and policy enforcement.
• Lead, coach, train, recruit, and retain associates while managing schedules and performance evaluations.
• Drive store sales, profitability, budgets, merchandising, promotions, and operational reporting.
• Monitor patient and customer experiences and partner with the Doctor to support quality care.
• Conduct audits and maintain corporate, quality, merchandising, service, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate associate records and communicate performance and operational updates to the District Manager.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail experience; supervising experience is preferred.
• ABO and NCLE certification.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of store operations, business performance, sales, and customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
