Front End Manager (Retail)

Location: Dallas, Texas and surrounding areas; on-site grocery store role

Salary: USD $57,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage overall front-end operations, customer throughput, procedures, and service quality.
• Lead staffing, hiring recommendations, training, scheduling, and performance management for a large team.
• Review financial and performance reports, identify opportunities, and follow up on operational issues.
• Maintain inventory levels, place product orders, perform quality control, and monitor shrink and safety.
• Conduct store walks, manage operational audits, and maintain work instructions.
• Participate in the store leadership team and coordinate total-store plans across departments.

Requirements

• Operational or retail management experience.
• Leadership experience in a complex environment with multiple direct reports.
• Understanding of retail accounting, ordering, inventory maintenance, and shrink control.
• Strong people leadership, interpersonal, planning, adaptability, and ownership skills.
• Completion of the hirify.global or Joe V’s Smart Shop Management Training Program, including the required retail management school requirements.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts, and perform prolonged standing, walking, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.
