Travel Center General Manager

Location: 6485 West Overland Drive, Idaho Falls, Idaho, United States. Onsite field-site position with a flexible schedule covering days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $60,700–$88,055 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute travel center and restaurant business plans.
• Achieve sales, profit, operational, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Build, coach, manage, and develop employees through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Lead employee meetings and maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Manage vendor relationships, inventory, customer service, and sales performance.
• Track financial results and perform P&L analysis.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or another service industry.
• Experience managing financial results and maintaining P&L accountability.
• Previous management experience in high-volume retail.
• Strong integrity, accountability, and team leadership skills.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
