Product Manager - EU Funds (Dublin)

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Salary: €70,000–€90,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the lifecycle of European funds, including launches, amendments, mergers, and closures.
• Coordinate product projects, milestones, deliverables, working groups, testing, risks, and issues.
• Maintain alignment of products and fund documentation with regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and internal policies.
• Conduct product, fund, and thematic reviews focused on customer outcomes, product risks, and enhancement opportunities.
• Provide technical product support across regulation, tax, registrations, disclosures, customer channels, and operations.
• Work with internal stakeholders, service providers, governance committees, fund boards, and external partners.

Requirements

• Experience in product strategy, development, and lifecycle management within asset management.
• Knowledge of launching, registering, operating, and amending pooled investment funds across relevant jurisdictions.
• Understanding of pooled product structures, including UCITS and non-UCITS funds.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for product governance and European fund ranges.
• Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Degree or equivalent experience; IMC, CFA, or CAIA qualification is advantageous.
