Product Lead (PropTech)

Location: Manchester, UK; hybrid working with up to 3 days per week from home. Candidates must be UK-based and eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary: £90,000–£95,000 per year, dependent on experience.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes for the Property Management & Client Accounting domain.
• Guide product direction across Street Lettings, the Partner Platform, and the Consumer Experience.
• Drive strategy for Client Accounting, Street Payments, Maintenance, and Tenancy Progression.
• Line-manage, coach, and develop Product Managers through regular 1:1s and mentoring.
• Set standards for product discovery, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS with end-to-end product ownership and measurable commercial impact.
• Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers.
• Ability to work autonomously, set direction, and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining product decisions and outcomes.
• Comfort using and integrating AI tools into product work both day to day and strategically.
• Must be UK-based and eligible to live and work in the UK; fully remote applicants are not suitable.
