Product Manager (Digital Health)

What you will do

• Own and represent the product roadmap, aligning it with business strategy, stakeholder needs, and the needs of a growing patient and operational base.
• Prioritise features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value, user needs, strategic objectives, and risk.
• Work with engineering, UX, Product, marketing, operations, clinical services, pharmacy, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and prioritisation of product opportunities using data analysis, market research, and user feedback.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from discovery through post-launch monitoring and outcome measurement.
• Develop metrics, recommendations, and progress updates to support evidence-led decisions.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience with a track record of launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to make decisions and solve complex problems.
• Ability to develop product strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MSc, MBA, or another advanced degree.
