What you will do

• Lead the roadmap and strategy for dealer-facing marketplace products within international markets (Canada and UK).
• Guide cross-functional teams through end-to-end cycles of ideation, discovery, design, development, and launch.
• Partner with the Dublin-based Engineering Manager to establish the founding team's product vision and ways of working.
• Identify and research greenfield development opportunities to improve dealer outcomes and marketplace performance.
• Collaborate with consumer-side product leaders to ensure holistic platform alignment.
• Coordinate product launches with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Proven track record of delivering products from concept through launch and iteration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
• Experience navigating complex and ambiguous problem spaces to define clear priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office (Hybrid).
