Senior Product Manager, International (Automotive Marketplace)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; flexible hybrid model with potential in-person interviews for positions based in the Dublin office.

Annual base salary: €90,000–€125,000 EUR, plus benefits and potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and RSUs.

hirify.global operates an automotive marketplace that connects consumers with approximately 30,000 dealerships and supports the online car-buying journey.

What you will do

• Lead roadmap and strategy for dealer-facing marketplace products across international markets.
• Guide products through ideation, discovery, design, development, launch, testing, and iteration.
• Partner with the Dublin Engineering Manager and full-stack engineering team on high-impact initiatives.
• Research and define greenfield products and adaptations for the Canadian and UK markets.
• Use customer research, market insights, and data analysis to improve dealer outcomes and marketplace performance.
• Coordinate launches with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or similar roles.
• Experience delivering products from concept through launch and iteration.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable product decisions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and define clear priorities and product requirements.
• Strong ownership, communication, stakeholder alignment, and customer empathy.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, and technical and non-technical partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with two-sided marketplace products or B2B platforms.
