Senior Supply Chain Consultant

What you will do

• Analyze supply chain processes, operational needs, and business challenges to identify improvement and digital transformation opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder discussions, and assessments to define client objectives and solution approaches.
• Design practical, value-driven solutions across planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, distribution, warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment.
• Translate business needs into requirements, recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and leading practices, and contribute to consulting offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.
• Support business development, pre-sales, client presentations, and collaboration with architects, consultants, product managers, and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in supply chain management, consulting, operations, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of one or more supply chain domains, including planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution, warehousing, transportation, or fulfillment.
• Understanding of digital technologies for improving supply chain performance, visibility, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with SAP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9, Oracle SCM, Manhattan Associates, Logility, or similar supply chain and ERP platforms.
• Experience with transformation, process improvement, operational excellence, or change management programs, plus strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency and the ability to engage business and technology stakeholders in client-facing discussions.

• Awareness of AI, advanced analytics, automation, digital twins, IoT, cloud platforms, and sustainability initiatives.
• Experience contributing to solution offerings, accelerators, or supply chain consulting thought leadership.
