Junior Manager (Supplier Relationship Management)

Location: Hybrid work from offices in Poznań, Warszawa, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, or Opole, Poland

What you will do

• Develop and execute supplier relationship strategies for strategic and business-critical suppliers.
• Lead supplier governance programs, executive business reviews, and stakeholder engagement forums.
• Manage supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, structured improvement plans, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, value creation, and cost optimization with Procurement and business leaders.
• Oversee supplier segmentation and define engagement models across the supplier portfolio.
• Lead supplier risk assessment and mitigation initiatives with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Privacy teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Category Management.
• Experience managing strategic supplier portfolios in complex, global organizations.
• Strong background in supplier governance, performance management, relationship development, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships with supplier leadership teams.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
