Secondary Logistics Specialist (Late Shift)

Location: Hybrid role available in Warszawa, Lublin, Katowice, Wrocław, Opole, Poznań, Gdańsk, or Kraków, Poland. After onboarding, work is split between the office and home.

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute secondary logistics shipments across complex markets.
• Create orders and shipment instructions in logistics systems and monitor end-to-end performance and ETAs.
• Identify and resolve delays, risks, discrepancies, claims, and service issues.
• Act as the escalation point for complex disruptions and coordinate with Customer Service, RDCs, 3PLs, and business partners.
• Manage stock movements and prioritize logistics activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in distribution activities.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and distribution processes.
• Experience with ERP or logistics systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Fluent English and readiness to work late shifts for 8 hours between 12 PM and 12 AM.
