Senior Order Management and Logistics Officer 1

Location: Hybrid work in Warsaw, Lublin, Katowice, Wrocław, Opole, Poznań, Gdańsk, or Kraków, Poland

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute secondary logistics shipments from order creation through delivery.
• Manage shipment instructions and order data in transportation, warehouse, and order management systems.
• Monitor end-to-end shipment performance, delivery estimates, delays, risks, and service issues.
• Resolve complex disruptions and act as an escalation point for logistics incidents.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, regional distribution centers, third-party logistics providers, suppliers, customers, and partners.
• Manage claims, discrepancies, stock movements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and distribution processes.
• Experience with ERP and logistics systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, Excel, and reporting skills.
• Fluent English required, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
