Head of Supply Chain Operations

Location: Hybrid working model in Poznań, Kraków, Opole, Wrocław, Lublin, Gdańsk, Katowice, Bydgoszcz, or Warszawa, Poland; office work is combined with working from home after onboarding.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations of a large-scale Supply Chain Hub delivering planning and logistics services.
• Manage senior client relationships and align operational performance with evolving business needs.
• Monitor and improve KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee budgets, resource planning, cost optimisation, and engagement financial performance.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a large operational organisation of 150+ employees.
• Drive transformation, governance, risk management, compliance, information security, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in supply chain operations, supply chain planning, logistics, or consumer goods supply chain processes.
• Experience leading large operational teams and managers in complex service delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain performance metrics, operational excellence, and service delivery management.
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Proven success in business transformation, process improvement, and organisational change.
• Fluent English required, together with strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
