Program Manager (Intralogistics Automation)

What you will do

• Own the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction of large multi-site programs or related project groups.
• Serve as the senior customer contact across all program sites from sales handover through final installation acceptance and transition to service.
• Support multi-site sales opportunities by advising on rollout sequence, site prioritization, and implementation phasing.
• Coordinate project managers and resolve competing engineering, installation, and site-resource demands across concurrent locations.
• Manage site interdependencies, apply installation lessons learned, and oversee consolidated financial performance, forecasting, and change-order strategy.
• Build senior customer relationships while balancing logistics requirements with commercial and delivery objectives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading multi-phase automation or logistics projects with complex technical, operational, and commercial requirements.
• Experience coordinating engineering, software, supply chain, installation partners, and service teams.
• Strong executive communication, commercial and financial acumen, risk management, and project governance skills.
• Experience mentoring project managers or junior team members and improving project tools, templates, and workflows.
• Technical literacy with automation systems, warehouse technologies, IT integrations, AutoCAD, and project management platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment with shifting priorities and tasks across different locations.
