Demand Gen Manager (Financial Services)

Salary: Up to £70,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Run marketing campaigns to build pipeline and increase visibility across target markets.
• Lead and execute paid media campaigns across search and social channels.
• Manage campaign activity across the sales funnel with digital marketing and CRM colleagues.
• Align marketing campaigns with sales teams to support commercial objectives.
• Contribute to a data-led digital marketing approach across B2B and B2C segments.
• Operate autonomously within a small, agile, evolving marketing team.

Requirements

• Experience running demand generation campaigns that support pipeline growth.
• Strong technical competency in campaign management and sales-funnel activity.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
• Experience collaborating with sales and digital marketing teams.
• Experience in financial services or technology sectors with transferable campaign skills.
