What you will do

  • Own and scale paid acquisition across channels including LinkedIn, Meta, and Demandbase.
  • Lead media planning, budget allocation, and campaign architecture for global demand generation.
  • Manage the paid media agency partnership to ensure high-quality execution and performance.
  • Define audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align local market strategies with global campaign goals.
  • Establish robust attribution and measurement frameworks to connect platform data to commercial metrics.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, ideally in B2B FinTech or SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise in executing paid media campaigns within a sales-led go-to-market engine.
  • Familiarity with ABM frameworks and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and run structured experiments.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and holding partners accountable to performance.
  • Proficiency in campaign-related technologies including CRM, MAP, and ABM platforms.
