Location: Hybrid (Durham, NC, USA). Must be based in the US and spend three days a week in the Durham office.

Salary: $102,000 - $128,000 USD (base pay)

What you will do

• Develop deep expertise in the industrial manufacturing commerce landscape, including buyer personas and industry trends.
• Own and execute the demand generation plan for the Industrial Manufacturing vertical.
• Design multi-channel campaigns spanning digital advertising, email nurture, content syndication, and ABM plays.
• Manage budgets and programs end-to-end with a relentless focus on pipeline contribution.
• Partner with Sales and BDR teams to ensure seamless campaign-to-conversation handoffs.
• Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaign performance using a data-driven mindset.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of B2B demand generation experience.
• Meaningful exposure to industrial manufacturing, heavy equipment, distribution, or adjacent industries.
• Proven track record of building campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue influence.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Required to work from the Durham office three days a week.
