MBA/CPA Finance Leadership Development Program Associate

Location: Hybrid program with three days per week in the office and two days remotely from a U.S. hub in Bloomfield, CT; Philadelphia, PA; St. Louis, MO; or Franklin, TN. Candidates must select a primary hub location. Relocation between rotations is not required.

Salary: $100,800–$168,000 USD per year, depending on experience and geographic location, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Translate financial data, business trends, and market insights into strategic recommendations for business and finance leaders.
• Complete rotations across financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, accounting and audit, risk management, underwriting, corporate development, provider economics, operations, and data and analytics.
• Use AI-enabled tools, automation, and advanced analytics to improve financial modeling, identify patterns, and strengthen decision support.
• Partner with finance, business, and operational teams to solve ambiguous problems and connect financial performance to enterprise priorities.
• Prepare concise, executive-ready materials covering findings, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Build technical, leadership, and health care expertise through rotations, mentorship, coaching, and targeted development.

Requirements

• MBA degree or CPA credential.
• At least three years of professional experience in finance, accounting, consulting, analytics, strategy, or a related business function.
• Experience using AI tools, automation, advanced analytics, or data-driven technology to improve analysis, productivity, or decision-making.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex information and recommend practical actions.
• Clear communication skills for working with business partners, finance leaders, and executive audiences.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, performance reporting, pricing, underwriting, audit, or corporate strategy.
• Exposure to health care, insurance, managed care, provider economics, or other regulated industries.
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior leaders or influencing cross-functional decisions.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including generative AI, and a commitment to using them ethically and accurately.
