What you will do

• Oversee assigned institutional client accounts and provide account-specific administration and client services.
• Submit or approve account activity, annual reviews, compliance reports, and other processing requests accurately and on time.
• Act as a primary or secondary contact for clients, retirement plan participants, and pensioners, resolving basic and complex inquiries.
• Maintain communications regarding regulatory, legal, accounting, and trust matters.
• Complete client billing, resolve aged receivables, and identify cross-selling and growth opportunities with Client Development.
• Monitor risk and regulatory requirements, escalate issues, maintain internal controls, and guide less experienced personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a combined minimum of 6 years of higher education and/or work experience including at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency with personal computers, word-processing software, and spreadsheet software.
• Detail orientation, strong organization, decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Retirement or trust administration experience.
