Investment Banking Analyst - Capital Markets

Location: PNC Center, Cleveland, Ohio, United States; on-call, in-office role

Base salary: $110,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Support senior bankers on leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancings, and add-on M&A financings.
• Coordinate with industry teams on leverage guidance and debt market insights for sell-side and buy-side opportunities.
• Create transaction marketing materials, financial models, and market trend materials.
• Build lender lists using comparable transactions, market insights, and current market sentiment.
• Manage deal timelines, outreach tracking, diligence request lists, and multiple concurrent transactions.
• Communicate with clients, corporate executives, private equity investors, banks, private credit partners, and lenders.

Requirements

• Ability to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree; suitable recent university or college graduates with little or no professional experience may apply.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, ownership, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, private credit, debt advisory, or capital markets is preferred.
