Technical Accounting and Reporting Manager (Robotics)

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Support technical accounting for revenue recognition, leases, stock-based compensation, and other complex transactions.
• Monitor new accounting pronouncements and support implementation of accounting changes.
• Maintain the Company Accounting Manual and ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in month-end close, quarterly consolidation, IFRS investor reporting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Support US GAAP and IFRS audits, federal surveys, and compliance filings including BE-15.
• Partner with IT, business operations, legal, and procurement to automate close processes, improve contract review, and maintain internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• 8+ years of progressive technical accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology or robotics environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience and an interest in using technology to solve complex problems.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities.
• Ability to communicate complex accounting conclusions clearly to Controller-level stakeholders.
